1. PASS PTE 自有权利1. PASS PTE-Owned Rights

PASS PTE 的名称、Logo、界面设计、前后端代码、交互流程、内容编排、题型分类、练习路径、评分展示、数据结构、说明文案、原创文章、视觉素材和平台数据库均属于 PASS PTE 或其授权方的受保护资产。未经书面许可，不得复制、转载、抓取、镜像、出售、出租、改编、反向工程、用于模型训练或用于建立竞争性产品。The PASS PTE name, logo, interface design, frontend and backend code, interaction flows, content arrangement, item categorization, practice paths, score displays, data structures, explanatory copy, original articles, visual assets, and platform databases are protected assets of PASS PTE or its licensors. Without written permission, they may not be copied, republished, scraped, mirrored, sold, rented, adapted, reverse engineered, used for model training, or used to build competing products.

2. 第三方内容与题库材料2. Third-Party Content & Question Materials

题库、考试回忆、用户提交内容和公开备考资料中可能包含第三方材料。原始材料的权利归其各自权利人所有；PASS PTE 不主张拥有 Pearson 或其他第三方原始作品、商标或官方考试内容。Question banks, exam memories, user submissions, and public preparation materials may include third-party materials. Rights in original materials remain with their respective owners; PASS PTE does not claim ownership of Pearson or other third-party original works, trademarks, or official examination content.

对第三方材料的引用、整理、格式化、摘要、分类或展示，仅限于学习参考、描述性说明、互操作识别、评论或其他适用法律允许的范围。任何模糊边界均不应被解释为扩大授权；若适用法律或权利人要求不允许使用，我们会在收到有效通知后核实并处理。References to, organization of, formatting of, summaries of, classification of, or display of third-party materials are limited to study reference, descriptive explanation, interoperability identification, commentary, or other uses permitted by applicable law. Any unclear boundary must not be interpreted as expanding authorization; if applicable law or a rights holder does not allow a use, we will review and address it after receiving a valid notice.

3. 用户与管理员提交内容3. User and Admin Submissions

上传或发布内容的用户和管理员应确保其拥有必要权利或合法依据，并不得提交侵权、违法、误导或违反考试诚信政策的内容。PASS PTE 可在法律允许范围内审核、隐藏、删除、编辑格式、限制展示或拒绝任何高风险内容。Users and admins who upload or post content must ensure they have the necessary rights or lawful basis and must not submit infringing, illegal, misleading, or exam-integrity-violating content. PASS PTE may review, hide, remove, format-edit, restrict display of, or reject high-risk content to the extent permitted by law.

4. 版权投诉与下架请求4. Copyright Claims and Takedown Requests

如果你是权利人或授权代表，并认为本站内容侵犯了你的版权、商标或其他合法权利，请发送书面通知至 [email protected]。我们会在合理时间内核实，并根据法律要求和平台政策删除、屏蔽、限制访问或要求补充材料。If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe site content infringes your copyright, trademark, or other lawful rights, send a written notice to [email protected]. We will review it within a reasonable time and, as required by law and platform policy, remove, disable, restrict access to, or request additional materials about the content.

• 被主张权利的作品、商标或内容的具体描述及原始链接A specific description and original URL of the work, mark, or content claimed
• 本站涉嫌侵权内容的具体页面链接、截图或定位信息The exact PASS PTE page URL, screenshot, or location information for the allegedly infringing content
• 你善意相信该使用未经权利人、代理人或法律授权的声明A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• 通知内容真实、完整，并愿意承担虚假通知法律责任的声明A statement that the notice is accurate and complete and that you accept responsibility for false claims

5. 反通知、误用与权利保留5. Counter-Notice, Abuse & Reservation of Rights

如果你认为内容被错误移除，可以提供反通知及相关证明。恶意、虚假、批量或滥用投诉可能导致请求被拒绝、账号受限或依法追究责任。PASS PTE 保留对侵权、盗用、爬取、绕过权限、批量复制、品牌冒用和不正当竞争行为采取技术、账号、平台和法律措施的全部权利。If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may provide a counter-notice and supporting evidence. Malicious, false, bulk, or abusive complaints may be rejected, may lead to account restrictions, or may create legal responsibility. PASS PTE reserves all rights to take technical, account, platform, and legal action against infringement, misappropriation, scraping, access bypassing, bulk copying, brand impersonation, and unfair competition.
