2. 账号、付费权限与访问控制2. Accounts, Paid Access & Permissions
账号和会员权限仅授予本人在有效期内使用，属于有限、可撤销、不可转让、不可转售的访问许可，并不转让任何内容、数据、代码、商标或平台权益。Accounts and membership access are granted only to the individual user during the valid access period as a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-resellable license. No content, data, code, trademark, or platform ownership right is transferred.
我们可在法律允许范围内，为保护平台、用户、支付安全、内容权利或服务稳定性，对异常、共享、倒卖、滥用、未付款、退款争议、自动化访问或高风险账号限制、暂停、降级或终止访问。To the extent permitted by law, we may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or terminate access for abnormal, shared, resold, abusive, unpaid, disputed, automated, or high-risk accounts to protect the platform, users, payment security, content rights, and service stability.

Without written permission, you may not copy, bulk download, scrape, mirror, sell, rent, share accounts, bypass permissions, remove notices, reverse engineer, train models, build competing question banks, or use site content for commercial services.

PASS PTE 的品牌、Logo、页面设计、代码、交互流程、题库整理结构、标签体系、学习路径、评分展示、说明文案、数据组织和原创资料均受法律保护。除个人学习所必需的正常浏览外，所有权利均由 PASS PTE 或相关权利人保留；更多细节见 版权说明。The PASS PTE brand, logo, page design, code, interaction flows, question organization, labels, study paths, score displays, explanatory copy, data structure, and original materials are protected by law. Except for normal browsing required for personal study, all rights are reserved by PASS PTE or the relevant rights holders; see the Copyright Notice for more detail.
5. 用户提交内容5. User-Submitted Content
你应确保提交的评论、考试回忆、题目、音频、文本、头像或其他内容合法、真实且不侵犯第三方权利。你保留自己内容的原有权利，但授予 PASS PTE 在提供、展示、处理、审核、改进、保护和推广服务所需范围内使用、存储、复制、格式化、翻译和展示该内容的全球性、非独占、免版税许可。You must ensure that comments, exam memories, questions, audio, text, avatars, or other submissions are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights. You retain your original rights, but grant PASS PTE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, format, translate, and display that content as needed to provide, display, process, moderate, improve, protect, and promote the service.
6. 准确性、评分与结果风险6. Accuracy, Scoring & Outcome Risk
题目、答案、AI 评分、预估分、CLB 对照、AI 分析和移民相关说明可能存在误差、延迟或更新差异，仅用于备考参考。本站不保证考试成绩、CLB 结果、签证或移民申请结果，也不对你基于本站信息作出的决定承担超出法律强制规定的责任。Questions, answers, AI scoring, estimated scores, CLB mappings, AI analysis, and immigration-related explanations may contain errors, delays, or update differences and are for preparation reference only. The site does not guarantee exam scores, CLB results, visa or immigration outcomes, and is not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for decisions you make based on site information.
7. 服务变更、责任限制与条款更新7. Service Changes, Liability Limits & Updates
我们可在合理范围内调整功能、题库、权限、价格、技术方案或服务可用性。除法律不得排除的责任外，PASS PTE 不对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任。若本条款任何部分不可执行，其余部分仍继续有效。We may reasonably adjust features, question banks, access levels, pricing, technical systems, or service availability. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, PASS PTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective.
